Our client belongs to an international corporate group that undertakes financial services activities worldwide. The activities are carried out through a large number of companies globally. The organization offers its clients integral solutions in independent business sectors working for more than 1,000 corporate clients worldwide. As the company is expected to grow rapidly, the company is planning to employ a new proactive General Manager in Germany with strong sales and management capabilities but also awareness for economic results and monitoring processes in an international group.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO
 
Main tasks:
The role encompasses integral management of the German organization with a main focus on growing the number of Key Account clients and commercializing the offered financial services products.
• Exponential growth of the business (large retail franchise organization)
• Implement top standards of operational excellence
• Build, motivate and manage a large and growing decentralized team
(employees and agents)
• Win and manage a large number of Key Accounts		 • Significant experience in a senior executive position preferably in multinational companies within Germany; of which 5 – 10 years in positions of responsibility.
• Proven strong commercial skills in the B2B and B2B2C domain.
• Shown ability to build, motivate and manage a large team in a decentralized organization.
• High degree of autonomy and initiative.
• Demonstrated experience of scaling up a fast growing business and implementing world-class standards of operational excellence.
• Proven capability of managing “exponential growth” in the business in a short time frame and build up a large retail franchise.
• Knowledge of insurance, banking and automotive industry will be an added value.
